Car, Motorbike & Commercial Vehicle Claims
Being involved in a road accident can be a stressful experience. Our priority is to minimise disruption and help you get
back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Your policy documentation includes a European Accident Report Form (Parte Europeo de Accidente). This form
should be completed and signed by all parties involved at the time of the incident wherever possible. If this cannot be done
immediately, it should be completed as soon as possible afterwards and submitted to your insurer within seven days.
Important: Even if you do not intend to claim for repairs, you are still required to notify your insurer that
an incident has occurred.
