CAR, MOTORBIKE AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

Car accidents can be a very traumatic experience. We will try to get you back on the road with a minimum of inconvenience. In your policy pack you will have a European Accident Report Form (Parte Europeo de Accident).

The form should be completed by the parties involved and signed by them. This should be done at the time of the accident, but if this is not possible it should be done shortly afterwards so that the form can go into your Insurer within seven days. Even though you may not be claiming to repair any damage yourself, you have an obligation to declare to your Insurer that you have been involved in an incident.

BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE

If you are insured with Liberty Seguros and need a tow truck following an incident or mechanical failure, the number to call is 900 101 369. They have English speakers to help you if necessary.
